Stellantis and Iveco have signed an agreement that will see Stellantis produce two new all-electric vans for Iveco aimed at the European market — including the UK.
The upcoming vans will be Iveco-badged versions of Stellantis’ existing electric van platforms, essentially rebadged versions of the Vauxhall Vivaro (medium) and Vauxhall Movano (large). They are set to slot beneath the current Iveco eDaily, broadening Iveco’s electric light commercial vehicle (LCV) line-up.
The vans will be manufactured at Stellantis plants in Atessa (Italy), Gliwice (Poland), and Hordain (France). Once produced, Iveco will handle distribution across Europe through its established sales and service networks.
The new models will cater to different weight segments, with one van offering a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 2.8 to 3.1 tonnes, and the larger model covering 3.5 to 4.25 tonnes. This approach extends Iveco’s electric vehicle offering into lighter segments.
Iveco’s existing eDaily model, produced in Suzzara, Italy, and electrified in Brescia, focuses on the heavier end of the electric van market, with gross vehicle weight reaching 7.2 tonnes and payloads approaching 4.0 tonnes. At 3.5 tonnes GVW, the eDaily’s payload limits lag far behind light commercial rivals. By adding these lighter models, Iveco intends to offer a more comprehensive electric range that better meets the needs of last-mile logistics businesses and other urban operations.
The agreement is structured as a ten-year supply plan, with deliveries of the new vans expected by mid-2026.

The partnership also underscores both companies’ commitment to sustainability.
