Mitsubishi is to continue supporting owners of its models in the UK and has launched a programme offering up to 10 years of breakdown and recovery assistance for its range of vehicles.
Offered as a service activated package, the programme will provide free home, road and European assistance for your Mitsubishi. All you need to do to benefit from the breakdown cover is to have your Mitsubishi serviced at a participating Mitsubishi service centre. You’ll then be rewarded with a year of emergency cover.
Available for vehicles aged between three and 10 years old, and limited to 100,000 miles, the new package could potentially save customers hundreds of pounds on alternative cover.
“The Service Activated Roadside Assistance programme provides customers with the peace of mind and knowledge that should the unexpected happen, then Mitsubishi Motors in the UK and its dedicated Mitsubishi dealer network are on hand to assist,” commented Toby Marshall, director of aftersales at Mitsubishi.
Jon Tolliday, in charge of the service provision at Allianz Partners, added, “Allianz Partners have provided Roadside Assistance to Mitsubishi Motors in the UK for nearly 30 years. We are delighted to extend our relationship in supporting Mitsubishi’s Aftersales proposition with the introduction of SARA and how it provides tangible enhanced value to the Mitsubishi Service offer.”
Following the announcement that International Motors will takeover the Mitsubishi Motors in the UK aftersales business in October, Mitsubishi is assuring drivers that they will see no difference in the standards of service they receive and can continue to rely on their local Mitsubishi dealer for aftersales support.
