Ineos has revealed a unique version of its Grenadier Quartermaster Cab Chassis. The Kaiju Quartermaster — Kaiju means ‘giant creature’ in Japanese — highlights the pickup’s rugged capabilities while nodding to Australia’s enthusiasm for modified Japanese 4x4s.
Built with input from various Australian accessory specialists, the Kaiju Quartermaster showcases the brand’s extensive customisation options. Contributions from brands like Norweld, Rhino-Rack, Redarc, and BF Goodrich, have turned the Quartermaster into a unique off-road vehicle designed for adventure and utility.
The custom build includes a Norweld Elite Tray and Compact Deluxe Lite Canopy, tailored for durability and dust- and water-resistant overlanding. A Brown Davis long-range fuel tank increases capacity to 168 litres, complementing the standard-fit 90-litre tank, for extended travel in remote areas.
Redarc has supplied some advanced power management components, including lithium batteries and inverters, allowing the Kaiju Quartermaster to work off-grid.

The Kaiju Quartermaster will feature in promotional events across Australia, demonstrating the potential of the Grenadier platform and reminding buyers that Ineos offers extended warranties on select aftermarket components purchased through its official partners.
Ineos has previously created special versions of the Grenadier Quartermaster pickup to showcase its capabilities, including a portal-axled model and a short-bed ‘Shortermaster’ pickup.
