Isuzu has confirmed it will continue its partnership with Spartan Race thourhgout 2025, returning as Official Automotive Partner for another season of obstacle course mayhem.
Now in its third year, the collaboration sees the rugged Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 pickup take centre stage once again. As part of the Spartan Race UK series, the heavily modified AT35 — complete with 35-inch all-terrain tyres, Bilstein suspension, and a 1-tonne payload — will be on duty supporting operations at each event and injecting a dose of off-road presence into the start-line buzz.

With a 3.5-tonne towing capacity and extreme terrain capability, the D-Max AT35 is a natural fit for the demanding Spartan environment. It’s also become a favourite with both the Spartan team and the thousands of participants who tackle each brutal course.
“We’re thrilled to extend our partnership with Spartan for another year,” said George Wallis, head of marketing at Isuzu UK. “Just like the Isuzu D-Max AT35, those brave enough to Spartacipate in races, aren’t afraid to get muddy and muscle through extremes with panache. It’s a Spartacular partnership that truly embraces the spirit of the adventure!”
Mark Read, commercial director at Spartan Race, added: “We’re delighted to continue our strong relationship with Isuzu UK in 2025. The D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 perfectly embodies the spirit of Spartan, rugged, dependable, and engineered to tackle any challenge. The vehicle has become part of the Spartan experience and is hugely popular with our racers and crew alike.”

The 2025 UK Spartan series
includes events at Culden Faw Estate (May), Hopetoun Estate (June), Belvoir Castle (July), Badminton Estate (August), and Pippingford Park (October).
With Isuzu’s continued support, Spartan Race will once again put competitors and pickups to the test – celebrating endurance, grit and go-anywhere capability.
