Volkswagen has confirmed UK pricing and opened order books for the Transporter Commerce Pro S, expanding the trim line-up for the latest-generation van. The styling-focused variant was first revealed earlier this year.
Available in both panel van and Kombi body styles, the new trim starts at £43,050 excluding VAT, with first UK deliveries expected in April.
Cosmetic upgrade for owner-operators
The Commerce Pro S builds on the existing Commerce Pro specification with a series of styling upgrades aimed at buyers who want a more distinctive look without stepping into the higher-priced Sportline models.
Exterior changes include gloss black 17-inch alloy wheels, a body-coloured front splitter, gloss black grille detailing and a rear spoiler, alongside black mirror caps and angular side bars.
Inside, the van gains illuminated scuff plates and a high-gloss display surround, while power-adjustable, heated and folding mirrors are also included.
Multiple powertrains available
Commerce Pro S models will be offered with short and long wheelbase configurations and a choice of diesel or fully electric powertrains. Volkswagen has also confirmed that an eHybrid version will follow at a later date.
Prices start at £53,086 including VAT and on-the-road costs for the panel van, rising to £54,742 for the Kombi version.
As with the rest of the Transporter range, Commerce Pro S models are covered by Volkswagen’s 5+ Promise, which includes a five-year warranty, roadside assistance, servicing and MOT coverage.
