St Helens-based PSD Group has boosted its fleet with 66 new Mercedes Sprinters, strengthening ties with local dealer eStar Truck & Van in the process.
Supplied by eStar’s Knowsley branch, the new vans will support PSD’s work with a major utilities client, where vehicle reliability and capability are critical. With each Sprinter offering a 3,500kg towing capacity, the vans are well suited to the heavy-duty demands of the role.
Although the two companies have been in contact for nearly four years, this fleet order marks the start of a more formal supply partnership between the two local businesses. The deal also includes an ongoing arrangement for parts supply, helping PSD to keep its growing van fleet running smoothly.
