The fully electric Renault Master E-Tech is now available to order in the UK, with prices starting at £37,500 plus VAT, after the Government’s Plug-in Van Grant. The new Master E-Tech has already made an impression in the commercial vehicle sector, winning the prestigious Van of the Year 2025 award.
Enhanced Range and Charging Efficiency
The new Renault Master E-Tech has been upgraded with an 87kWh battery, delivering a WLTP range of up to 285 miles — 20% more than its predecessor. The 143hp (105kW) motor provides 300Nm of torque, offering useful performance for a range of business needs. Fast charging capabilities mean the battery can recover 142 miles of range in just 30 minutes using a 130kW DC charger, while a 22kW AC charger can fully charge the battery in under four hours.
Practical Design for Business Users
Renault has designed the new Master E-Tech with practicality in mind. Load spaces range from 11 to 14.8 cubic metres, with improved access thanks to a 40mm wider sliding side door opening and an extended load length of 100mm. With a payload capacity of up to 1,625kg and a towing capability of 2.5 tonnes, the van is equipped to handle demanding transport needs.
The interior has also been enhanced, offering a 25% increase in cabin storage and a more car-like experience. The OpenR Link multimedia system is standard across the range, featuring a 10-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. The Extra trim adds the option of Google built-in for enhanced connectivity.
As many as 20 driver assistance systems are also included to improve safety and ease of use. Features such as lateral stability, trailer stability assist, and automatic emergency braking are standard, while Intelligent Speed Assist helps drivers stay within speed limits.
Renault Master E-Tech: Pricing and Availability
The Renault Master E-Tech qualifies for the full £5,000 Plug-in Van Grant (PiVG), bringing its starting price to £37,500 plus VAT. Orders are open now, with the first units expected to reach customers by December.
