Volkswagen has opened another brand-new Van Centre, this time providing its complete range of products and services to customers around Exeter.
The new site, operated by Yeomans Group, stocks the full range of Volkswagen commercial vehicles, Approved Used vans and the full range of Volkswagen cars.
The 18,500-square-foot showroom, with space for 100 vehicles on site, is located at the Marsh Barton Trading Estate. The servicing space has nine service ramps and a Class 7 MOT bay for commercial vehicles, providing full servicing options, including high-voltage trained technicians for ID Buzz Cargo customers.
The facility will also operate the German brand’s van rental service, Volkswagen Flexi-Rent, allowing customers to choose a flexible rental period from one day to six months or more, with prices starting at £62 per day.

“We’re delighted to move our Exeter Van Centre into this fantastic new facility, which will allow us to better serve the growing number of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles owners in Devon and the surrounding area,” explained Jamie Watts, operations director at Yeomans Group
. “We are now able to display the full range of vehicles on offer in our seven van showrooms, and have extensive Approved Used forecourt space, which will allow us to stock a much more diverse range of vehicles.
“With our workshop space increasing dramatically, and with the addition of a Class 7 MOT bay, we will now be able to reduce our lead times and improve the customer experience dramatically.”
Rob Holdcroft, head of network sales at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, added: “The new Exeter facility further enhances our UK retail network, providing a full range of products and services covering new sales, approved used sales, aftersales and rental. This state-of-the-art facility showcases the very best of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles to new and existing customers.”
The new Exeter facility brings the total Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles network to 64 Van Centres
and 32 Authorised Repairers, all dedicated to supporting customers across the UK.
