Renault is enhancing its LCV range with a host of new equipment fitted as standard, giving its vans a spec boost without increasing the price.

Updates are being made across all areas of the vans, with safety technology being key among the improved specifications. All versions of the Renault Kangoo and Renault Trafic now benefit from automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, driver attention alert, and tyre pressure monitoring as standard.

High-specification ‘Extra’ models also gain a hands-free key card for keyless entry and start, and automatic high-beam assist in their enhanced standard specification. The Extra trim level has proved popular with Trafic customers, leading Renault to introduce the grade to its smaller Kangoo model, where it sits above the existing Advance grade.

With its ‘ Extra Sport ‘ spec, the larger Trafic panel van gains adaptive cruise control and 360-degree parking sensors.

Renault Pro Promise+

As well as an improved standard specification across its LCV range, Renault also has its new Renault Pro+ Promise to share. It’s designed to provide customers with expertise and value and includes several pledges to keep customers moving and optimise their purchasing and ownership experience.

These promises cover things such as the availability of overnight servicing, a 12-month parts and labour warranty on all completed work, a price match guarantee, and a dedicated network of business-focused Renault Pro+ dealerships.

Price and Availability

The Renault LCV range prices remain unchanged despite the improved specification and support. The compact Kangoo van starts at £20,250 plus VAT, with the larger Trafic available from £29,000 plus VAT.

Pure electric options in the range include the Kangoo E-Tech from £30,350 and the Master E-Tech from £48,400 before VAT and any government grants.
