Definitely feeling good internally makes getting your "swagger on", a lot easier, but don't discount forcing yourself to be more positive and agreeable as a way to get to better swagger.

There's plenty of studies done that show that even if you force a simple smile on your face, you will generate benefits from it. There's something to be said about just physically doing these behaviors, actually reinforces our internal emotions in a more relaxed, positive, state.

That is, even if you don't feel like it, if you make yourself do it, you'll turn your own emotions towards the direction you need to be. And if that's about trying to attract the member of the opposite sex.. no one wants to be around a debby downer, that's for sure.

Yeah, a cool swagger does make an impression; you want a good state to back the swagger up ideally. Feeling like crap and forcing a swagger won't work as well because your facial expressions and so on count as well. Thanks for the tips, great stuff
