I’m not as interested in what you wear or say as much as I am in what you DO. I’ve seen plenty of guys go out and buy the latest designer threads, only to fail miserably at approaching women due to… not approaching women.

The only true failure is the failure of not doing anything.

Many men struggle with approaching women because they still hold on to the fear of getting called out or looking stupid at not “closing the deal” at the bar. Ironically, for some it seems less foolish (less of a risk) to wear crazy/loud stuff (can anyone say Affliction?) than it is to be a little crazy and a little louder than the crowd. That makes no sense.

Guess what? No one is paying that much close attention to you. No one notices when you bomb after approaching a group of women. Ok, maybe they did.  So?  Do they matter?  Nah.

If there was one single skill that could change your life entirely, the one thing you should master above all other skills, tactics, or methods… is to get good at not giving a s*$% what others may think of you.

Here’s the fine print: No one is paying any attention.

The VAST majority of the world are followers. Very few are leaders.

Example: If you ever arrive at night club early on in the evening, you’ll notice the vast majority will stand around doing what everyone else is doing. Standing around and talking, but not dancing. Shocking. Dancing too early is perceived too big of a risk for 98% of a night club’s patrons.

DANCING?! To big of a risk of what? Nothing.

And yet, most people do what the crowd does. And most will not start dancing until someone does it first. BE FIRST. BE THAT GUY.

I am fan of taking action above all else.  Wearing designer clothing, or having expensive status symbols, or earning big paychecks are all nice things to have but it pales in comparison if you are the kind of guy that takes action, when no one else dares. Be that guy.

I was invited to attend his seminar and I am glad I did because I learned so many things  that I’m currently using to help myself and our students at Professional Pickup.  I could spend days talking about the material I learned at his seminar; however, I want to focus on something I never heard anyone talking about, ‘How to pick a dating coach.’

Ladies, don’t get excited! This is not an article about how to PICK UP a dating coach. This is an article about how to PICK a dating coach  and take control over your dating life.

Basically, if you pay attention to the next 6 tips, you’ll know if you need to ask for a reimbursement.

1. Your coach will care about you. He will force you to approach women and will be concerned with your progress.

2. Your coach will follow you everywhere you go during the bootcamp/ seminar/ workshop. Some coaches in this industry tend to collect money and then leave their students to other instructors, or worse, on their own. A good coach will follow you everywhere and won’t be opening his sets for himself, or trying to get laid with your sets.  He is your coach and he should be paying attention to you.

3. Your coach will not go out to get drunk. If he is a good coach he will understand that you bought his time so he will make sure you get the most out of it.

4. Your coach will force you to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations and won’t be afraid of pushing you out of the box. He will not be afraid of giving you some tough love and not just waste your time by telling you only the stuff you want to hear.

5. At the end of the night your coach will go over your sticking points and your strengths.

6. Your coach will also be working on his sticking points or parts of his life he wants to improve. If he thinks he is perfect and he has nothing to work on then…. BE CAREFUL. Chances are he has a gigantic ego and offers no value.

So next time you want to take a workshop, you may want to ask your potential coach about his sticking points.  If he says anything less than a genuine answer, then you know he is a marketing douche.
